Similar to any legitimate and law-abiding contest as with any legitimate and law-abiding contest, the Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest by these contest rules:
The first requirement is that contests be open only to residents of Canada.
The contest is a Quebec-friendly one.
Each participant must reach the threshold of a majority.
You must complete the survey strictly within seven business days of the purchase.
You can only participate once or only have one entry per month.
You will need a store receipt issued within the last 7 days.
After you have completed the survey form and entered the contest, you are bound to adhere to the game’s rules. Infractions to any of them will disqualify you from winning prizes offered during the time.

Twenty-four prizes [2 per Month] will be available to be won during the sweepstakes Contest Period.
Each potential winner will be allowed to select one of the following two prizes:
(a) one (1) x $1000.00 CDN PC gift card OR
(b) one million (1,000,000) PC Optimum points with an approximate retail value of $1,000 CDN (each, a “Prize”).

StoreOpinion.CA offers an online portal that permits the customers at Loblaws and its associated retail stores (such as No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, and Joe Fresh) to participate in a customer feedback survey. When they provide feedback on their shopping experience, customers can participate in sweepstakes throughout the month to win prizes such as a $1,000 reward card or a million PC points.
Who can participate in the StoreOpinion.CA survey?
This survey is available to all legal residents from Canada who are at the age of the majority (18 years old or older). Participants must possess a recent invoice from a participating retailer to be eligible for the survey, though there are exceptions for those who don’t have a receipt.
What rewards can I win by participating in the survey?
