The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico who are eighteen years of age or older or of the majority in their state of residence. The age of majority is nineteen in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one in Mississippi, and eighteen in all other states as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). The sweepstakes are void outside the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and locations prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Walmart Inc. (the “Sponsor”), along with their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, are not eligible to participate. This exclusion also includes immediate family members and anyone living in the same household as these individuals, as well as anyone else involved in developing, producing, executing, or distributing this sweepstakes, including American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc. (the “Independent Administrator”) (collectively referred to as the “Sweepstakes Entities”).
For this sweepstakes, “immediate family member” is defined as a husband, wife, child, mother, father, sister, sister-in-law, brother, or brother-in-law. Entries may only be submitted from within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico; entries sent from any other jurisdiction are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

walmart Survey Rewards
GRAND PRIZES: Five grand prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card for $1,000 (each a “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value of all Grand Prizes is $5,000.
FIRST PRIZES: Seven hundred and fifty (750) first prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card for $100 (each a “First Prize”). The total ARV of all First Prizes is $75,000.
The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $80,000.
DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES:
Walmart Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01am Central Time (“CT”)on October 26, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on January 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The list will be emailed to those whorequesting it, so please include your email address.
To participate, you must have made a recent purchase at Walmart and kept your receipt. You need to complete the survey within 7 days of your visit. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Please note that you cannot participate if Walmart employs you, an immediate family member or anyone in your household.
How many prizes are there?
During the drawing period, participants can win 5 $1000 Gift Cards or 750 $100 Gift Cards!
When is the drawing?
After the entry period, which runs from April 27, 2024, to July 26, 2024, the drawing will occur around August 5, 2024.
